All transactions made through this site, including the entering of data on contact forms are encrypted using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate which is installed on this website and gives the ‘https’ at the start of the website domain address. You will also see a small padlock icon next to this to indicate that a security certificate is installed on this website.

This website is also monitored and protected by a security plugin called WordFence. This is a web application Firewall, Anti-virus and Malware scanner.

Any personal data received through our contact form is stored on our secure email servers hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Access to our own computer systems and back-up drives are protected by password login and back-up drives have encryption back-up enabled.

What information do we collect and how do we use it?

  • Contact forms: If you fill in an enquiry/contact form on this site the details you enter into the form will be sent by email to the site owner so they can process your request. We keep contact form submissions for 6 months for customer service purposes but we do not use the information submitted through the form for marketing purposes.

  • Log In: If you have created an account to log in to the site your personal information is stored to identify you and is used to deliver services or goods that you have chosen.

  • Email: If you have opted to receive news or updates by subscribing to the newsletter available on this website, your email address will be used for this purpose. We do not allow the use of your details by any third party. This subscription service is offered through the Wix platform and you are given the options to choose how you would like to be kept informed with regards to marketing when you receive the welcome email. You can also unsubscribe at any time by using the link at the foot of each email.

How long we retain your data


We keep contact form entries for 6 months, analytics records for 12 months and customer purchase records for a minimum 6 years in order to comply with HMRC regulations.
